Welcome to the Pegasus Shire Horse Stable, run by Magnus Karlsson and Kattis Johansson.

 Our two aims are to breed top-class Shire foals and to show our Shire mares, hopefully with success – and our other horses too.

 We hope to acquire an approved Shire stallion as well. Anyone can buy a good horse, but it would be a great thrill eventually to produce something outstanding of our own!

 We believe that Shire horses should be put to work – that is what they have been bred for and what they thrive on. We try to work our horses as much as time allows. Don´t buy a Shire just to admire!

 We have broken in three Shires for driving and four for riding. Sometimes we bring in extra help as we don’t always have the time to do this ourselves.

 Our intention is to develop a small, prosperous stud-farm, so that we can increase the numbers of quality Shires here in Sweden.
